Braised Noodles with Three Fresh Beans

Wash the beans and pick them into small pieces by hand

Shrimp and scallops are soaked in rice wine in advance

Soaked scallops are crushed with the back of a knife

Mushrooms cut into small pieces

In a frying pan, sauté the white onion and minced garlic

First add the scallops and stir-fry the dried shrimps

Add the beans and stir fry

Add sliced mushrooms and stir well

Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and stir well, then add appropriate amount of water and cook

I use dried noodles, so I boiled it with boiling water in advance and then remove it

After the soup in the pot is boiled, spread the noodles evenly on top of the beans, turn to low heat and simmer with a lid

When simmering until the juice is almost dry, drizzle with sesame oil, stir evenly and then take it out of the pan
Tips:
The ingredients inside are adjusted by yourself, because dried shrimps, scallops and various sauces, I didn't add salt!
