Braised Octopus with Pork Belly Sauce

Pork belly.

Octopus.

Kidney beans.

Scallions, ginger, sweet noodle sauce.

Cut the pork belly into pieces, blanch in boiling water, and skim the foam.

Put oil in the pot, add the star anise and stir fragrant.

Pour in the pork belly.

Then pour in shallots and ginger.

Stir-fry until the flesh turns white, add more cooking wine, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Add water to the meat.

Bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes on medium and low heat, then add octopus and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the kidney beans, if the soup is too juicy, turn on high heat, and drain.
