Braised Pig's Trotters

Put the trotters in a pot under cold water, boil, wash off the foam, drain and set aside;

Prepare a variety of seasonings, lomei (they are sold in the market), cooking wine, soy sauce, light soy sauce;

Ginger, garlic, and red pepper, ready;

Put the pig's trotters into an electric pressure cooker, add various seasonings, wrap the stew with gauze, and put in;

Add rock sugar

Then add an appropriate amount of salt;

Under stirring, add an appropriate amount of water to probably submerge the trotters;

After putting everything in place, close the lid;
9.
Choose, a program, cattle and sheep hoof, 25 minutes; start the program;

After the procedure is over, you can sprinkle some chopped green onion and it will be out of the pot;
