Braised Pomfret

Wash the pomfret, prepare the pepper, slice the garlic head, and dice the garlic

Put a little oil in a pan and fry the pomfret to golden brown on both sides

Fry the pomfret, add cooking wine, chili, salt, rice vinegar, garlic, sugar, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for 5 minutes on high heat

Bring to a boil on high heat, continue to collect juice on low heat and it will be out of the pot
Tips:
The black clothes in the belly of the pomfret must be washed off, otherwise there will be a bitter taste
