"Fish" every year! Fish is a must-do on the New Year's table. Pomfret meat is tender and delicious. After marinating, frying and slow braising, the finished pomfret is fragrant, tender and delicious! My daughter likes it best!

Ingredients

1. Clean the pomfret, put the fish in a container, add the onion, ginger, soy sauce and cooking wine in the seasoning to marinate for more than 2 hours. The longer the marinating time, the better.

Tips:
