Braised Pomfret
1.
Clean the pomfret, put the fish in a container, add the onion, ginger, soy sauce and cooking wine in the seasoning to marinate for more than 2 hours. The longer the marinating time, the better.
2.
Pour cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish until golden on both sides.
3.
Add the bean paste, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili, the previously marinated seasonings, and an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium to low heat. Slowly cook, turning over halfway to let the fish taste. Boil until the soup thickens and sprinkle with pepper.
4.
Sprinkle with coriander and enjoy!
Tips:
When cooking, first boil high heat to medium and low heat and cook slowly. It will taste delicious at least half an hour!
