Braised Pomfret

Prepare the ingredients needed for braised pomfret

Clean the pomfret and cut a diamond-shaped flower knife diagonally on the back with a knife.

Pomfret, add 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce (about 7.5ml), 1 tablespoon rice wine (about 15ml)

Pomfret covered with ginger and shallots and marinated for 10 minutes

Take the fish plate, add shallots, ginger shreds, peppercorns and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

Tips:
1. The cooking time should be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the fish. A high fire of about half a catty is enough for 3 minutes, and a high fire of about a catty is about 5-6 minutes.
2. The diamond-shaped flower knife is cut on the fish to make the fish easier to taste and cook.
3. After cutting the chopped green onion, soak it in cold water, making it greener, not easy to change color and more beautiful
