Braised Pomfret

Prepare the ingredients and clean the fish.

Cut off the tail of the fish and cut a few knives on the fish.

Heat the pan with cold oil. Fry the fish on both sides for 1-2 minutes, until the color is golden. Add garlic and stir fry at the same time.

Pour vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce, aniseed and water. The amount of water is about 2/3 of the fish body.

Cover and cook for about 10 minutes on medium and small fire. Turn the fish over and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat until the juice is collected.
