Braised Pork

Prepare the ingredients (for babies with high taste requirements, you can also add a small amount of ginger, tangerine peel, dried ginger, angelica, hawthorn)

Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into hob blocks

Cut the tofu into thick slices

Boil the cut pork belly in boiling water to remove any foam

Pour oil in the pan and fry the tofu until golden on both sides (babies who don’t want tofu can skip this step)

Leave the oil in the pot, put the fried pork belly into the pot and stir fry to get the oil

Leave the oil in the pot, add rock sugar and fry the sugar color

After frying the sugar color, put the potatoes and pork belly into the pot, add water and seasonings, the water just submerge the potatoes and meat
10.
Cover and simmer in an electric skillet over high heat for 25-30 minutes. When there are five minutes left, add lemon slices and fried tofu

This dish is for two people. The baby can increase or decrease the portion according to the number of people eating.
