Braised Pork

Wash and cut pork belly

Throw it into the pot and stir it out over a small fire (it can be cut into large pieces and small pieces)

Add ginger sugar (if there is no ginger, add ginger sugar), soy sauce, rice wine, salt, fruit vinegar, and chili, stir fry a few times.

Add the boiled water to submerge the pork belly, cover the pot and simmer for 50 minutes. If you want to add potatoes and carrots 20 minutes before starting the pan, add a few mint leaves to the pan. Fat but not greasy, and crispy.
