Braised pork is my daughter’s favorite, but there is basically no uniform method. This is based on the practice of my elders, and I make some improvements by myself. It tastes good, with few seasonings, nutritious and healthy, and it is especially good when it comes to heat. For dinner, this bowl of braised pork is a good choice.

Braised Pork

1. Cut the pork belly, not too small

2. Put two slices of ginger and boil the meat to turn white

3. Heat the pot, add fat, boil out the oil, the time is according to personal preference

4. Add the bones and sugar soy sauce and put them in, stir-fry for a while

5. Add half a bag of cooking wine

6. Add boiling water to cover the meat

7. Bring to a boil, simmer for an hour
