Braised Pork

Prepare an appropriate amount of pork belly, cut into chunks that suit you, and blanch it in a pot under cold water.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the aniseed, and saute until fragrant.

After sautéing the aniseed, add the blanched meat, add the green onion and ginger and continue to sauté.

Stir fry until the green onion and ginger change color.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar and stir fry for a while.

Add boiling water, without meat.

Turn the high heat to a low heat and cook until the pot is covered for about an hour and a half. Use chopsticks to prick the meat. It will be cooked easily. Turn on high heat to drain the soup.

Cut the right amount of cucumber slices and place them around the plate. It is very greasy to eat with pork belly.
