Braised Pork
1.
Cut the pork belly into chunks and wash and rinse twice.
2.
Put two slices of ginger in a pot of cold water and cook until the water boils.
3.
Put the fished meat directly into the pot, and fry the oil until the bottom of the pot comes out on low heat, so that the fat part becomes elastic.
4.
Then pour oil into the pot and add a few rock sugars.
5.
Pour in pork belly and stir fry.
6.
Add green onion, ginger and garlic.
7.
Add a little vinegar.
8.
Add the braised sauce to color.
9.
Add a can of beer and simmer over medium heat until the soup is dry.
10.
Add salt when the broth is slightly less.
11.
When there is no soup, turn off the heat and add MSG.
Tips:
1. When the pork belly is fried out of oil, it should be stir-fried constantly, with a low heat, otherwise the meat will be burnt.
2. You can also use broth or water instead of beer.
