Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly and cut into even pieces in a pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger, and blanch the cooking wine.

Wash the blanched meat and set aside.

Add 2 tablespoons of white sugar to a pot and boil the oil on a low heat.

When cooking the sesame oil color, add the meat and stir fry for color.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sweet noodle sauce, stir fry evenly.

Add onion ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, red pepper.
