Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly

Add some water to the pot and heat it up, then add the pork belly and boil it

Cook until the meat becomes lighter, about 3 minutes, you can pick it up and cut into pieces for later use

Heat a little oil in the pan, then add garlic cloves and sliced ginger and stir fry

After frying the aroma, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until the meat is slightly oily

Then pour it into a big soup bowl of warm water

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, pepper, vinegar, red yeast rice powder to the water and cook together

Cover the pot and simmer for about 40 minutes

The water is almost dry, open the lid and stir fry evenly, add some salt and chicken essence as appropriate, and it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
The salty soy sauce and soy sauce are added while cooking. You can taste it before serving. If it is not enough, add some salt or light soy sauce!
