Braised pork is the most homely and popular dish. Every household will cook this dish, but the method will be different. Looking at the two kinds of braised pork introduced in China on the tip of the tongue, the method is different. To make red and red attractive colors, there are fried sugar, soy sauce, and red yeast rice powder. Like our taste, they don’t like sweetness, so I used red yeast rice powder to cook. 1. Wash the pork belly

Tips:

The salty soy sauce and soy sauce are added while cooking. You can taste it before serving. If it is not enough, add some salt or light soy sauce!
