Braised Pork

Prepare the required materials;

Wash the pork belly and bones, put it in cold water, turn on high heat, pour in the onion, ginger, aniseed, a spoonful of cooking wine, and boil;

After boiling, skim the scum, cook for another 10 minutes to pick it up, if there is any scum, you can skim it;

Take out the pork belly and stick bones, rinse them carefully, spread the sweet noodle sauce evenly on the meat, let it cool for 10 minutes;

Pour the meat into the stew pot, add hot water, two spoons of cooking wine, 5 green onions, 3 slices of ginger, 3 aniseed pieces, 3 slices of bay leaves, a small packet of stewed meat ingredients, and cook on high heat;

After boiling, add a little salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of braised soy sauce. Simmer on low heat for two hours, sprinkle in chicken essence and remove from the pot.
