This dish is what my husband likes to eat. Every time I go to a restaurant, I like to order it.

Braised Pork and Dried Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking

2. Put the pork belly in the pot and stir-fry until the sides are browned, add garlic, ginger, fennel, chili and sugar

3. Add soy sauce and rice wine and stir fry

4. Add dried bamboo shoots and stir fry

5. Pour into the pressure cooker, simmer for 8-10 minutes, turn off the heat

6. Pour back into the pot, finally collect the juice on high heat, taste the taste, add garlic sprouts and coriander

Tips:
