Braised Pork and Potatoes

Wash pork belly and cut into cubes for later use

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes for later use

Heat oil, add rock sugar, and stir fry with pork belly when the rock sugar is completely melted.

Stir-fry pork belly until golden brown and stir-fry with potatoes. When the edges of the potatoes are transparent, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Add 2 fast aniseed and pour in warm water, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add fermented bean curd sauce to taste before boiling. Put a pinch of salt. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on the pan when it is out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The fermented bean curd juice will be a bit salty, so there is no need to put too much salt
2. Use warm water to stew
