Braised Pork and Seaweed

1. Cut the ingredients

2. Pork belly diced and blanched

3. Blanch and fish out

4. Stir fry in oil with rock sugar, herbs, ginger, garlic, lemon slices and pork belly

5. Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt

6. Add vinegar and wine and stir well

7. Stir-fry and pour into the pressure cooker

8. Press for 30 minutes

9. The cabbage has been cut into sections

10. Blanch it out

11. Lay out

12. The pressed pork belly is put on the plate

13. Just drizzle with broth
