Braised Pork and Seaweed

Cut the ingredients

Pork belly diced and blanched

Blanch and fish out

Stir fry in oil with rock sugar, herbs, ginger, garlic, lemon slices and pork belly

Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt

Add vinegar and wine and stir well
