Braised Pork Belly

Cut the pork belly into long slices, shred 2 shallots, and slice ginger;

Pork under cold water, put 5 slices of ginger, 1 tbsp of brandy, boil until the water boils, then cook for a while, remove the pork slices, rinse with hot water to remove the foam and set aside;

Put the bottom oil in the pot, add 10 slices of ginger and shredded shallots, and burst slightly;

Add bay leaves, pepper and star anise, and burst again;

Pour in the pork and take a few times;

Just add water to the noodles, add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar powder, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp brandy, 1/3 tsp salt, and stir a few times. Change to medium and low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes;
