Ingredients

Braised Pork Belly

1. Buy the pork belly and wash it clean:
1. Scratch and wash with cornstarch salt, and then wash after removing the water. I usually repeat this process 2 to 3 times
2. Bring clean water in the pot to a boil, put in the pork belly after washing, cook for about two minutes, pick up
3. Use a knife to scrape off the yellow and white things inside the pork belly

4. Prepare ingredients

5. Put all the ingredients and the right amount of water into the pot
