Braised Pork Belly with Bean Curd
1.
Wash all the ingredients and cut the pork belly into small pieces of about 1 cm. Cut the dried tofu into your favorite size. Cut the green onion and cut the ginger into slices.
2.
Put the pork belly in a hot pot and stir fry until a little bit of oil and browned. Later, add the sliced ginger and stir fry.
3.
Then add water without pork belly to the pot, add dried tofu, green onion knot, rock sugar, 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes
4.
Then collect the juice on the fire and wait until the juice is almost dried up. Add the old soy sauce and mix it out. (I found that there was a hot pepper left over from yesterday in the kitchen, so I threw it in together. This can be used without it. πππ)
5.
The finished product is sprinkled with small green onions, does it look delicious?ππ»π€π€

The finished product is so delicious! Do you want to start a meal right away πππ
Tips:
1 If you donβt like too oily, you can pour out the simmered oil in step 2.
2 The dried tofu I bought is a bit salty, so if you donβt add salt during the whole process, you can taste the saltiness at the step of collecting the juice and see if you want to add salt~
3 The pork belly must be stir-fried, otherwise it will not be so easy to cook for 20 minutes π
