Braised Pork Belly with Bean Knot

Ingredients: pork belly (blanched), bean knot (soaked and washed), cinnamon

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched pork belly and stir fry.

Then, put the cinnamon in it.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water to a boil.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of rock sugar.

Season to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Finally, add the bean knots and turn them to a boil.

Cook for 4-5 minutes, and serve.
