Braised Pork Belly with Dried Beans

1. Soak dried carob in water, wash and cut into sections.

2. Cut the pork belly into pieces.

3. Cut the ginger and dried chili well.

4. Put the pork belly in a hot pot and stir fry to get the oil.

5. Stir fry with ginger and dried chili to create a flavor

6. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.

7. Add the dried beans and stir fry for a while.
