Braised Pork Belly with Seaweed

1. Wash the kelp, cut into long strips, and knot again.

2. Cut the pork belly into small long strips.

3. Finely chop ginger and garlic.

4. Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pot over low heat.

5. Stir-fry until the pork belly is slightly yellow, and the ginger and garlic are sautéed until fragrant.
