Braised Pork Belly with Tofu

Cut the tofu into triangles, cut the pork belly into small pieces, and cut the ginger and garlic for later use.

Pour the hot oil into the pot and fry the cut tofu.

Add a little soy sauce.

Slowly turn the tofu over one side and continue to fry the other side.

The tofu is fried until golden on both sides and served.

Leave some oil in the pot and sauté the garlic and ginger, then add the pork belly.

Stir-fry the pork belly turn white and add a little light soy sauce.

After the fat of the pork belly is sautéed, pour the fried tofu into the pot and add half a spoon of salt.

Add half a bowl of water and simmer for a while.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. After adding the light soy sauce to the fried tofu, change the heat to low, and then turn it over quickly, otherwise it will burn easily.
2. The added water can be changed to broth, so that the flavor of tofu will be stronger.
3. Turn off the heat when adding shallots.
