Braised Pork Ears

Prepare a pig ear, remove all pig skins and wash it.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, put the pig ears in and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the boiled pig ears and wash off the oily foam.

Put all the spices in a saucepan and boil.

Add pig ears and boil, turn to medium heat and cook slowly.

The braised end of the pig's ears is thicker, and you can easily fork it in with chopsticks.

Remove the marinated pig ears and wait to cool down.

Put the cold but good pig ears on the chopping board and cut into strips.
