Braised Pork Ears

1. Ingredients: pig ears (washed), sliced ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, pepper

2. Put the cleaned pig ears into the pressure cooker.

3. Afterwards, put ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, and peppercorns.

4. Add some water.

5. Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

6. Add the right amount of soy sauce.

7. Add the right amount of sugar.
