Braised Pork Ears

Ingredients: pig ears (washed), sliced ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, pepper

Put the cleaned pig ears into the pressure cooker.

Afterwards, put ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, and peppercorns.

Add some water.

Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Then, close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes to turn off the heat.

Open the lid when you are out of breath.

Remove and let cool.

Finally, put the cold pig ears on the cutting board and cut them.
