Braised Pork Feet

Wash the pig's feet with cold water and put it in a pot, put ginger, and bring the cooking wine to a boil.

Boil for 5 minutes, skim the foam.

Rinse and drain.

Put the spices into the pot, stir-fry them and pick them up, leaving the color of sesame oil sauteed with sugar.

Pour in the pig's feet and stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to color.

Add appropriate amount of water, white onion, and fried spices, boil for 5 minutes and transfer to a casserole.
