Braised Pork in Casserole

Heat the wok and wipe the wok with pigskin.

Cut into pieces of uniform size.

Put appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper and oyster sauce on the pork belly. Stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.
