Braised Pork in Casserole

1. Heat the wok and wipe the wok with pigskin.

2. Cut into pieces of uniform size.

3. Put appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper and oyster sauce on the pork belly. Stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Brush the bottom of the casserole with oil, and spread the ginger and green onions on the bottom of the pot. Spread the marinated meat evenly on top and pour it in together with the marinade.

5. Add appropriate amount of water, turn to low heat for 30 minutes, turn your head over with chopsticks, and continue to low heat for 20 minutes.

6. It's very delicious and not greasy, you can try if you like it.
