Due to work transfer, I went to another city. There was no gas in the apartment I rented. There was only a lazy pot that my mother gave me. So I used it to create braised pork and fell in love with broccoli!

5. Add green onion, star anise, ginger to the cold water, put the meat in the pot, after the water is boiled, firm the meat and remove the blood, then remove and cut into pieces.

Tips:

If you don’t like the darker color, you can use less soy sauce. Put two peppers in the wok, and add two more peppers after simmering for ten minutes. It depends on your personal taste.
