Braised Pork in Love with Broccoli
1.
Wash the cauliflower and break it apart.
2.
Clean the pork and put it in empty water.
3.
Cut green onion and pepper into sections, slice ginger, and set aside.
4.
Boil the water and pour the broccoli. Add a little salt to the pot and remove it after one minute.
5.
Add green onion, star anise, ginger to the cold water, put the meat in the pot, after the water is boiled, firm the meat and remove the blood, then remove and cut into pieces.
6.
Pour oil into the pan, heat slightly, add green onions, ginger, and chili to fry until fragrant, then add a little sugar.
7.
After saccharification, add the cut meat pieces and stir fry. After the meat is wrapped in syrup, pour in the cooking wine and continue to stir fry (to remove the fishy).
8.
After adding a little dark soy sauce and water, add the stew ingredients and add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, cover the pan and simmer for 25 minutes, add a little salt and stir fry before boiling.
9.
Place the hot broccoli on a plate, and the top is filled with braised braised pork. The gravy flows on the broccoli and it is delicious and not greasy. It is delicious!
Tips:
If you don’t like the darker color, you can use less soy sauce. Put two peppers in the wok, and add two more peppers after simmering for ten minutes. It depends on your personal taste.
