Braised Pork Intestines

Put the pig intestines in a basin, add flour, salt and vinegar and knead repeatedly, then wash with water, and do so twice.

Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch the pig intestines, and then change the knife.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the onion, ginger, garlic and spices, add the pig intestines and stir fry to get the oil, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, vinegar, and add water to cover the intestines.

Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, sprinkle with MSG to serve.
