Braised Pork Knuckles

1. Burn the fur on the skin with fire.

2. Wash and chop pieces.

3. After soaking the peanut kernels in boiling water for 10 minutes, wash them and set aside.

4. Fry the pig's feet in a pan to remove the moisture.

5. Wash the pot, heat it up, add oil, dry fish, dried shrimps, scallops and Agaricus blazei.

6. Stir fry with minced sugar and pork knuckles.

7. Add light soy sauce, salt, water, and garlic, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

8. Add the peanut kernels and simmer it for another 20 minutes, collect the juice, try the taste, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil and stir well.

9. Plate.
