Braised Pork Knuckles (2 in 1 Method that is Both Tasty and Time Saving)

It is recommended that when buying trotters, choose the forefoot, the meat is tender and easy to stew. When you buy it, you can let someone chop it into pieces and wash it when you go home.

Make a pot of cold water, put the trotters in, heat it to a boil on high heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes. As long as the blood foam in the trotters is completely oozing out, remove and drain the water.

Prepare the corresponding ingredients. The rock sugar is best to use the kind of large rock sugar bought in the supermarket. It is recommended not to use ordinary sugar for the braised trotters here, otherwise not only the sugar color will not be fried, but the taste is not as good as the tender flavor of rock sugar.

Add boiling water to the pot and turn off the heat after it boils. Put it in a pressure cooker. It is recommended that you do not put salt and rock sugar. For stewing and soup, the salt is the last place; while the rock sugar needs to be used in the wok for a while and then used when it is simmered, and now it will not be able to fry the sugar color.

After the pressure cooker is deflated, take out the trotters. As you can see, it's rather rotten now, but the pressure cooker is not fragrant, just let the meat cook quickly, so don't be too troublesome, continue to use the wok and simmer for a while. Don't omit this procedure.

Now find a small clean pot, put a little water and rock sugar, start to cook on a low fire, cook until the rock sugar is completely melted, and the rock sugar water has an amber color.

Put the pig's trotter in a clean wok, put the right amount of soup in the pressure cooker just now, just before the pig's trotter, put the boiled rock sugar water in, and then put an appropriate amount of salt. Simmer on medium heat for 25-30 minutes, and just collect the juice on high heat.
