Braised Pork Knuckles

Cut pig's trotters into pieces, cook under cold water, add green onion and ginger cooking wine, blanch the froth and remove

Put the rock sugar and cold oil into the pot and fry on low heat. When the big bubble turns to small bubble, add the trotters and stir-fry evenly

Add ginger, garlic, dried chili, anise star, and a small piece of cinnamon, stir fry together
