Braised Pork Knuckles with Peanuts

Pork feet cold water pot, add cooking wine to blanch water.

Soak the peanuts in warm water.

Chop the garlic and slice the ginger for later use.

Rinse the blanched pig's feet.

Put the cleaned pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add sliced ginger, garlic, star anise, a little dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

Cover the high-pressure cover and turn on the high-pressure cooker, then turn to medium heat and press for 10 minutes. If you like it softer, you can press it for another 5 minutes.
