Braised Pork Noodles

Prepare pork belly and related materials

Stir the scallions and ginger, shovel up, pour in pork belly and appropriate amount of rock sugar and stir fry

Stir-fry on both sides until browned, pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, warm water and dark soy sauce

Simmer slowly until it is fully colored, add sugar and a little salt

Top with braised pork and marinade, mix well and eat
Tips:
1. Because you need to use braised pork marinade for noodles, so when making braised pork, use a little more water than usual
2. Don't dry the braised pork completely in the marinade, leave more for noodles
