Braised Pork Noodles

Cook the noodles and put them in the refrigerator with a cold cover and keep them in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Stir vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame sauce, mustard oil and a little oyster sauce into the noodles.

The green beans are cooked to control the moisture, and the cucumber and radish are shredded.

The eggs are cooked and sliced.

Put the noodles into a bowl, lay out two spoons of stewed pork with the eggs and cover the noodles.
Tips:
Add a little oil and salt to the water when cooking the noodles.
