Braised Pork on Rice

1. Fry garlic, bay leaves, and star anise in a frying pan to let the flavor of aniseed ooze out

2. Don't use aniseed, just leave the oil and add the onion diced

3. Stir continuously into onion crisps

4. Add the meat and stir fry

5. Add shiitake mushrooms and onion crisps, chili, appropriate amount of water, soy sauce paste, a teaspoon of fresh soy sauce, sugar, and chicken essence to taste
