7.
Slowly stir fry until slightly colored to force out excess fat. Put in the right amount of water and the water for soaking the mushrooms,
8.
Add 1 star anise, a small piece of cinnamon, put in first, salt and sugar.
9.
Add sweet noodle sauce, cooking wine, pepper, five-spice powder.
10.
Put in onions, carrots,
11.
Put in the shiitake mushrooms,
12.
Put in the boiled and peeled eggs,
13.
Open the lid and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
14.
If there is too much water in the soup, use a high heat to collect the juice, but don't let it dry. You must leave some soup for topping the rice.
15.
Put the rice in a bowl, top with mushroom stewed pork, top with stewed eggs, pour some marinade, and you can enjoy it!
Tips:
1. Don't collect the gravy too dry, leave more thick juice to pour on the rice
2. The best choice for shiitake mushrooms is dried shiitake mushrooms, there is no red onion, you can also saute the onion diced to fragrant instead.
3. For the braised pork, the meat should be simmered first and then cut into small cubes, but the flexibility of the meat is guaranteed.
