The shape and taste of shallots are similar to the mini version of purple onions, but compared to onions,

Prepare a small pot of water, boil the eggs in a pot, peel them for later use;
Cut the meat into cubes about 2 cm. It doesn’t matter if you cut them a bit smaller.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the root and cut into small cubes, slice ginger, and cut dried chili into small sections.
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with a knife and set aside;

Tips:
1. The added water must be boiled water, cold water will cause the meat to shrink sharply when cold, resulting in a dry and hard taste;

3. If you can't buy the shallots, you can use purple onions instead.
