Braised Pork on Rice

Cut into such a strip with fat and thin sides, not too thick, 1cm is OK

Then cut the meat horizontally, and cut into small pieces of about 1cm, five-layered three-layered meat

Add a little cooking wine, soy sauce and a little sugar

Stir the seasoned meat evenly. It is best to put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight, so that the salt in the soy sauce will penetrate into the meat and it will taste better when cooked.

It’s already the second day. Some people say that red onions are used here. I didn’t bother to go downstairs to buy them, so I used regular white onions, which actually works.

Put more oil in the pot, as shown in the picture, don’t be afraid of using oil, the remaining oil can be used for frying meat

Saute the onions until golden brown

Strain the oil out of the pan, the onion I fry is a bit big, so it’s just right

Pour in the leftover oil from the fried onions

When the alcohol evaporates, add boiling water, and the water will cover the meat.

Change to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes, I use induction cooker, set 300 watts

The vegetables are boiled and the eggs are boiled to the extent you like. I still like the yellowish rice with braised pork rice~

One hour later, the stewed pork is out of the pot, and a bowl of rice is buckled on the plate. Add the stewed pork, green vegetables, and eggs.
Tips:
The host is a single dog, so it is made for one person, and for two people. The ingredients are x2. It is very simple, but it takes a long time to cook. The cooking wine can also be replaced with rice wine, which will taste better.
