I like to eat meat, especially large pieces of meat and ribs. In addition to stewed and braised, there are many ways to cook ribs. It happens that there are a lot of sauces at home, with hoisin sauce, and the taste is a bit sweet. If you like it, try it. Try it.

Braised Pork Ribs in Sauce

1. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add two slices of ginger, cook until the water boils and remove.

2. Pour oil into the pot, add pepper, aniseed, bay leaves, and cinnamon.

3. Put the ribs into the stir fry, add the green onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Pour the soybean paste first.

5. Then add the hoisin sauce.

6. Add boiling water.

7. After adding the cooking wine, simmer for half an hour.

8. Turn off the heat when the soup is about to simmer and add MSG.

Tips:

Because both sauces contain salt, there is no need to add salt separately.
