Braised Pork Ribs Noodle
1.
I chose a very tender small row, cut into pieces, rinsed and drained, set aside.
2.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the bean paste and soybean paste as appropriate and stir-fry until the oil becomes oily. Put it in a small row, add mirin or cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce and continue to fry.
3.
Find another casserole or stew pot, pour the half-cooked pork ribs into it, add mirin, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, oyster sauce, chili noodles, tomato sauce, add water to the ribs, put the green onions, simmer over high heat and simmer slowly. About twenty minutes. Please take extra time depending on the type of ribs. In the meantime, boil the noodles and small green vegetables.
4.
When the ribs are almost simmered, add carrot pieces, turn off the heat after the carrots are simmered, and pour them into the prepared noodle bowl, and start eating!
Tips:
Although there are bean paste and chili noodles, the taste is still sweet and sour because of the small amount and the addition of water and tomato sauce. The taste can be adjusted as needed. In addition, I did not add salt. These sauces are already salty and delicious. Adding salt will make the ribs too tight, so it's best not to add it.
