Braised Pork Ribs Noodle

7-8 pieces of spare ribs, add onions, pour ginger slices, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in the pan and fry the marinated ribs until golden on both sides.

Pour in half a spoon of white wine, shallots and remaining onions, and stir-fry evenly.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir evenly.

Add boiling water to submerge the ribs, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of pepper and 2 teaspoons of salt. Turn off the heat when the soup thickens.

Remove the noodles after they are cooked, add 3 spoons of noodle soup and 3 spoons of rib soup.

Put the ribs and greens on top, sprinkle some spicy oil and chopped green onion.
