Braised Pork Ribs with Beans

Thaw pork ribs, soak in cold water with bleeding water, rinse well and set aside.

Put the pork ribs into the pot with cold water and boil for 1-2 minutes. When removing them, quickly sublime cold water to keep the meat firm.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the iron pan, saute various seasonings, green onions, ginger, garlic, add ribs and stir fry, spray cooking wine, and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat, and simmer on low heat for more than 30 minutes.

Remove the heads and tails of the beans, soak them in light salt water for more than 10 minutes, and wash them repeatedly. Beans are rich in vitamin B, vitamin C and plant protein, which can make people's mind clear, have the functions of regulating the digestive system, eliminating fullness of the chest and diaphragm, quenching thirst, strengthening the spleen, invigorating the kidney, stopping ejaculation, and replenishing qi and promoting fluid.

Simmer the ribs for about 30 minutes, add the beans, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer the cooked beans on low heat.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and mushroom powder to taste. The key step is to add chopped green onion, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley to taste.
