Braised Pork Ribs with Bracken

Ingredients: ribs, bracken (already soaked), green onions, garlic, hawthorn slices, dried ginger slices.

Put the ribs in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, boil the water to blanch the water and remove it.

Rinse with cold water.

Cut the bracken into small sections and the green onions into small sections.

Add the ribs to the pressure cooker and add water to submerge the ribs.

Add the bracken section, the green onion section (a part), dried ginger slices, hawthorn slices, green onion slices.

Add light soy sauce, bring to a boil and press on medium heat for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the ribs and bracken are soft and rotten. Pick out the scallion, garlic cloves, and ginger slices. Set aside the ribs and bracken.

In a separate pot, add edible oil, add Pixian bean paste, stir fry until fragrant, then add green onions and fry until fragrant.

Add the remaining ribs soup in the pressure cooker.

Pour the ribs and bracken into the broth and cook for 10 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste, turn off the heat.

Serve out the plate.
Tips:
Add the amount of bean paste according to your preference. The ribs must be half fat and half thin to make them delicious. Bracken, I use dry products, if you put it directly into the pressure cooker, pay attention to the amount of water added, because dried bracken absorbs more water. If you change to fresh bracken, you can add bracken when frying the bean paste to maintain the texture and flavor of bracken.
