Braised Pork Ribs with Carrots

Chop ribs and clean them.

Add cold water to the ribs, add ginger slices, and boil on high heat.

After the water is boiled, adjust the heat to medium, skim off the froth, and pour a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Wash the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob.

Shred the ginger, wash the bay leaf and star anise and pepper, and half a spoon of tempeh.

Add peanut oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the ribs until slightly charred.

Add the prepared condiments and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Saute the seasoning and mix with the ribs.

Add the carrots and stir fry.

Add half a bowl of broth, a little thirteen spices, white pepper, soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer for about half an hour.
11.
Collect the juice over high heat and serve it out.
