Braised Pork Ribs with Carrots

Boil the ribs, wash and control water for later use;

Prepare condiments such as onion, ginger and garlic;

Stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic and other condiments in hot oil and add rock sugar;

Stir fry the lower ribs for a while;
5.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine and stir fry for a while;
6.
Add boiled water to submerge the ribs, turn to a low heat to boil for about 30 minutes;
7.
When about half of the soup is left, add the pieces of white radish;
8.
Bring to low heat until the soup thickens;
9.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the plate.
