Braised Pork Ribs with Carrots

Cut the ribs into small pieces, cut the radish into pieces with a hob, cut the green and red pepper into pieces, slice the ginger, cut the onion into sections, and cut the garlic into cubes.

Dip the pork short ribs in clean water to remove the blood, remove and drain.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add pepper and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.
