Braised Pork Ribs with Chestnuts

Chop the ribs and wash them for later use.

Put the chestnuts in the hot water in the pot to cook for about two to three minutes and then remove them.

Put the ribs in the blanching water.

Remove the blanched ribs and drain them for later use.

Peel off the boiled chestnuts and cut them quickly, and cut the garlic for later use.
